Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

What You’ll Do To assist in maintaining the company’s high level of streamlined operations the Receptionist/Front Office Administrator will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls and directing them to proper parties, and assisting with day-to-day functions of different business units as necessary. You are a quick learner with strong organizational skills who can multitask when necessary. You will drive the day-to-day function by providing concise information to those that need it and by completing tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy. In adding this value to the team, you will continue to uphold the high standards that iBuy holds for our employees.   Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls in a professional manner providing callers with basic company information such as address, directions, website, and other related information.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
  • Order supplies for office and different business units.
  • Perform additional administrative duties.
  • Assist internal departments with clerical responsibilities as needed.
  Job Requirements
  • Experience as a receptionist or Front Office Representative.
  • MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy skills; including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
