Returns Processor – Warehouse Associate
Job Summary: The Returns Processor is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and processing returned merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures returned products are accurately evaluated, properly categorized, and routed for restocking, repair, vendor return, liquidation, recycling, or disposal according to company procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable using warehouse systems, scanners, and basic computer applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, open, inspect, and verify returned merchandise against return documentation, purchase orders, or system records.
- Assess product condition and determine appropriate disposition, including restock, refurbish, return-to-vendor, quarantine, recycle, or disposal.
- Scan, label, sort, and move returned items to designated warehouse locations using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Document return reasons, damages, missing parts, quantities, serial numbers, and other required details accurately and in a timely manner.
- Repackage, relabel, and prepare saleable merchandise for return to inventory while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, and nonconforming products, escalating issues to supervisors, quality control, customer service, or inventory teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for returned, damaged, and quarantined items to support inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Keep the returns processing area clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse safety standards.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, vendor returns, and special projects as assigned.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and productivity standards in a deadline-sensitive warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, returns, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to use RF scanners, barcode systems, warehouse management systems, and basic computer programs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product damage, discrepancies, and documentation errors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Basic math and data entry skills required.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience is a plus, if applicable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, noise, dust, and frequent movement of merchandise.
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and use proper lifting techniques and required protective equipment.

- Assist with month-end Accounts Payable closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Job Overview
In driving our success, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing media used for various campaigns, listings, and trade show booths. The primary day-to-day of this position will be responsible for editing product photos for listings used on our e-commerce websites. You will be diligent in executing designs that are one of a kind and capture the essence of the company, product, or other items of focus. You will collaborate with the e-commerce team and report to our Listing Manager for guidance when needed. Responsibilities

- Excellent color, typography, and layout skills.
- Maintain and update internal databases of designs.
- Collaborate with internal partners for an expansive range of digital and marketing projects.
- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- 1+ year of experience photographing, editing, and touching up product photos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other visual design or wireframing tools.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge a plus.
