We have a newly created positionfor a specialized Corporate Attorney to serve as in-house counsel and handle all complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g., intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
- Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws)

To continue our growth and success the Buyer position will be responsible for building on our inventory and product lines by procuring products through preexisting and continually accumulated relationships with vendors. You will conduct research to understand what products are in demand and the continuity of that demand. You will collaborate with the team and report to our General Manager, who will offer guidance and knowledge as needed. By bringing in high quality products in large volume you will help the company achieve the high levels of customer satisfaction that we pride ourselves on.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new and existing vendor relationships to maintain a steady flow of inventory.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on purchase orders and bid requests to vendors.
- Research trending products in new and existing product categories and assess their value.
- Work to develop pricing strategy through an understanding of profit margins, competitive prices, and demand.
- Track shipment delivery schedules with vendors and shippers.
- Analyze price proposals, sales reports, inventory reports and market research to determine current market value and performance of products purchased.
- Request for return authorizations from vendors for products that need to be returned and follow up to ensure proper credits are received.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 Years’ experience in a buying position.
- Preexisting relationships with vendors capable of supplying multitudinous SKUs of product.
- Robust communication skills to establish rapport with vendors.
- Negotiation skills to attain ideal profit margins on products.
- Ability to research and identify emerging products and their value.
- Strong attention to detail.

In expanding our reach, the Sales Executive will be responsible for continuing to build on our already sizable customer base. You will bring strong connections to vendors interested in our products and services, reach out to and build rapport with new vendors in the same industry, track shipments, ensure timely payments, and keep customers happy with your superior service. By consistently driving sales and developing new business you will help iBuy to continue the success that we have seen year-over-year.Job Responsibilities
- Generate sales through consistent client upkeep via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Continually build client accounts through networking and referrals.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and solutions, introduce new products, add-ons, and promote sales and special events.
- Stay up to date with new products and their knowledge to correctly answer inquiries and product questions and availability.
- Plan and forecast future sales trends based on historical sales records/activity, recurring buys, and inventory levels.
- Monitor industry and product trends, seasonal and economic conditions, consumer needs, competitor activities and incorporate them into sales plan.

To help expand upon our rapid growth the Contract Specialist will be responsible for spearheading our government sales effort by responding to RFQs, checking inventory, or ensuring the buying team can obtain the product, compiling and sending sales numbers to pay fees for IFF reporting, and ensuring our compliance with GSA contract rules and federal regulations. You will work closely with our buying team to communicate which product is in-demand. The position will report to our General Manager, who will offer guidance and knowledge as needed. By remaining up to date on product/inventory and government regulations and establishing a strong presence on the GSA this position will support our strong growth initiatives and drive a valuable department.Job Responsibilities
- Utilize GSA platform to make bids on government contracts.
- Gather pricing list and calculate government percentages to update our product list and each products’ country of origin.
- Track and submit quarterly sales numbers to IFF to pay dues.
- Stay educated on our current products, and customers’ needs, to efficiently provide services.
- Follow up on shipments and deliveries, as well as payments to entities such as WAWF or DFAS.
- Review professional publications and establish professional networks to stay up to date with critical marketplace information.
- Update SAM.gov registration.
- Maintain UEI and Cage code numbers for our company.
Job Requirements
- Experience selling to the Federal Government and/or educational institutions is a
- Excellent sales skills, discipline, and time management skills.
- 3-5 years’ sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Electronics product knowledge (i.e. Cameras, binoculars, laptops, keyboards, etc.).
