To continue our growth and success the Reconciliation Specialist position will be responsible for reconciling shipping charges for all inbound and outbound orders. This is an entry level position with a moderate level of complexity. The Reconciliation Specialist will also conduct research within our internal departments to uncover discrepancies in the accounting department. By contributing to our high-level accounting department, the Reconciliation Specialist will help us continue to drive the company’s success.Job Responsibilities:
- Utilizing Excel and internal systems to reconcile and dispute payments with sales orders.
- Ensure funds are posted correctly.
- Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize data to research discrepancies.
- Invoice clients, and issue rebates.
- Support the Accounting department.
Job Requirements:
- Strong aptitude, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
- Expertise in Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Customer Service and professional communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce a plus.

In an effort to continue our growth and success we are seeking to expand our product catalog by adding a Buyer specializing in tools. This position will be responsible for building inventory and product lines by procuring products through preexisting and continually accumulated relationships with vendors. You should have experience with online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc. You will conduct research to understand what products are in demand. You will collaborate with the team and report to our General Manager, who will offer guidance and knowledge as needed. By bringing in high quality products in large volume you will help the company achieve the high levels of customer satisfaction that we pride ourselves on.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new lines in products such as power drills, saws, wrench sets, chainsaws, hammers, screwdrivers, and more.
- Build robust vendor relationships to maintain a steady flow of inventory.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on purchase orders and bid requests to vendors.
- Research trending products in new and existing product categories and assess their value.
- Work to develop pricing strategy through an understanding of profit margins, competitive prices, and demand.
- Track shipment delivery schedules with vendors and shippers.
