As part of our team, the Facilities Manager will be the backbone of our physical operations. You will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our diverse portfolio, from high-activity warehouses in Somerset, Ewing, and Delaware to our offices in Deal and Brooklyn. You will ensure that our environments are conducive to productivity and that our infrastructure supports our heavy volume of consumer electronics distribution. With a dedication to task completion and a commitment to strong vendor relationships, you will help maintain the facilities that deliver our customers best-in-class service.Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across multiple warehouses and offices to ensure zero downtime.
- Source, negotiate with, and supervise external contractors (janitorial, landscaping, security, general repairs) ensuring high-quality work and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain physical security protocols (cameras, badge access, alarm systems) to protect high-value electronics inventory and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Assist in warehouse racking layouts and office expansions to optimize our footprint across the East Coast.
- Establish and execute a recurring maintenance schedule to extend the life of equipment (forklifts, conveyors, HVAC units, loading docks).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility emergencies, including weather-related issues or system failures.
Job Qualifications
- MUST have 5+ years in facilities management, preferably in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- MUST be comfortable with frequent travel between NJ, NY, and DE locations.
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, fire suppression, electrical, and plumbing) and warehouse equipment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from minor repairs to large-scale renovations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface with everyone from warehouse staff to executive leadership.
- MUST be available outside normal business hours for emergencies (security alarms, facility failures).
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations (OSHA) in NJ, NY, and DE.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across departments as receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and more. You will lead and develop the warehouse team while establishing processes that support operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage workflows, monitor performance metrics, and maintain high standards of safety and organization. You will work closely with leadership to streamline processes, control inventory, and ensure the warehouse consistently meets company goals and customer expectations.Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Establish, monitor, and manage operational processes to maximize efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accountability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to support company initiatives and operational needs.
- Assist with other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
- Experience operating Warehouse Management Systems.
- Robust computer skills and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, policies, and procedures.

To further develop our already successful e-commerce team the Listing Specialist position will be responsible for researching popular products and their complimentary accessories, while preparing, creating, and maintaining the company’s product listings on digital marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and many others. You will collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize pages and develop unique listings, and report to our Listing Manager, who will offer guidance and knowledge as needed. Through diligent product research and strong foundational e-commerce experience you will assist in upholding our e-commerce team’s high level of success.Job Responsibilities
- Research products and assess marketability on ecommerce platforms (i.e. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
- List items with accurate details and information, utilizing creativity to hit unique selling points.
- Manage ecommerce accounts.
- Communicate with e-commerce team to develop understanding of popular trends, items, and how to capitalize on them.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in multiple locations.
- Generate monthly sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, self-starter.
- Must have marketplace experience.
- Experience listing products with Amazon and eBay is a must.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central procedures and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Photo Shop experience is a plus.

To continue our growth and success the Buyer position will be responsible for building on our inventory and product lines by procuring products through preexisting and continually accumulated relationships with vendors. You will conduct research to understand what products are in demand and the continuity of that demand. You will collaborate with the team and report to our General Manager, who will offer guidance and knowledge as needed. By bringing in high quality products in large volume you will help the company achieve the high levels of customer satisfaction that we pride ourselves on.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new and existing vendor relationships to maintain a steady flow of inventory.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on purchase orders and bid requests to vendors.
- Research trending products in new and existing product categories and assess their value.
- Work to develop pricing strategy through an understanding of profit margins, competitive prices, and demand.
- Track shipment delivery schedules with vendors and shippers.
- Analyze price proposals, sales reports, inventory reports and market research to determine current market value and performance of products purchased.
- Request for return authorizations from vendors for products that need to be returned and follow up to ensure proper credits are received.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 Years’ experience in a buying position.
- Preexisting relationships with vendors capable of supplying multitudinous SKUs of product.
- Robust communication skills to establish rapport with vendors.
- Negotiation skills to attain ideal profit margins on products.
- Ability to research and identify emerging products and their value.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Stay up to date with new products and their knowledge to correctly answer inquiries and product questions and availability.
- Plan and forecast future sales trends based on historical sales records/activity, recurring buys, and inventory levels.
- Monitor industry and product trends, seasonal and economic conditions, consumer needs, competitor activities and incorporate them into sales plan.
