Louis Shalam is the Director of Operations at iBuy, where he applies his deep expertise in operations management to enhance efficiency and drive strategic improvements. He began his career at Mercell (formerly Negometrix), after graduating from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a major in Business Administration and Finance. At Mercell, he led the expansion of U.S. operations, managing sales, marketing, software development, and team dynamics, significantly growing the company’s market presence.
Outside of work, Louis enjoys tennis, baseball, golf, and soccer, and values spending time with his family and participating in community activities in Brooklyn, where he lives with his wife Rachel and their son.
