What You’ll Do


In joining our accounting team, the Controller will be responsible for day-to-day function such as bookkeeping, journal entries, audit preparation, as well as month, quarter, and year-end close. You will work with our CFO, and assist with strategic company goals as you grow with the company. As you contribute to keeping the company’s financials copacetic you will help in growing our reach and allowing us to continue to successfully provide our customer base with what it needs.


Job Responsibilities

  • Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions.
  • Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
  • Produce financial statements as requested.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
  • Generate monthly financial reports.
  • Ensure financial statements meet all accounting and audit standards.
  • Serve as a contact for audits and accounting reviews.
  • In conjunction with the CFO, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in e-commerce preferred.
