International Logistics Coordinator

iBuy is a global e-commerce company that specializes in electronic products. Our flagship location is in central NJ, and due to rapid growth, we have a newly created position for an International Logistics Coordinator. The International Logistics Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for exploring new markets for iBuy, negotiating rates, and staying up to date with laws and regulations of international shipping.


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates shipping efforts to and from different countries, ensuring compliance with import fees, tax laws, and security requirements are met.
  • Stay informed of, and assess, changing trade regulations and laws in relevant jurisdictions to mitigate legal risks.
  • Arrange form of shipment and negotiate rates with carriers for relevant jurisdictions.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and business units to build a robust understanding of company goals and mission.
  • Track and analyze full-cycle import/export process to optimize turnaround time, profitability, and workflow.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience import/export is a MUST.
  • Understands full-cycle import/export.
  • Has a strong knowledge of international laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
