Overview

Account Management • Operations

iBuy provides ongoing Amazon Seller Account Management and operational support services for brands, resellers, and enterprises selling on Amazon. Our managed services focus on maintaining account health, streamlining daily operations, and enabling scalable growth — all performed with explicit seller authorization.

Note on access: Services are delivered with seller authorization. We request and use only the access required to deliver the contracted scope and operate in accordance with Amazon policies.

How Our Managed Services Work

Authorization • Operations • Compliance

Seller Authorization

Services begin only after the seller grants access via Seller Central permissions and/or official APIs.

Ongoing Operational Support

Continuous monitoring, management, and operational support — not one-time consulting.

Policy-Compliant Execution

All actions are performed in accordance with Amazon policies, SP-API requirements, and data standards.

Why Seller Central Access Is Required

Role Justification

End-to-end account management requires seller-authorized access to Seller Central and/or official APIs to perform core operational tasks, including:

  • Monitoring Account Health metrics and performance notifications
  • Creating, updating, and tracking cases with Amazon Seller Support
  • Reviewing and correcting listing suppressions, attribute errors, and compliance flags
  • Managing catalog structure and operational listing updates (as authorized)
  • Generating operational and performance reports used in ongoing management
  • Reviewing inventory, fulfillment, stranded inventory, and reconciliation reports
  • Supporting FBA inbound shipment issue tracking and follow-through
  • Accessing order-level information when needed for issue investigation (as authorized)
  • Advertising monitoring/reporting where included in the client scope
  • Exception monitoring and recurring operational reviews
Authorization model: The seller grants permissions directly using Amazon’s permission system. iBuy requests only what is necessary for the contracted scope and uses a least-privilege approach whenever possible.

Expertise & Operating Method

Process • Reliability

We use structured workflows designed for repeatability, audit-friendly tracking, and clear communication. Engagements typically include:

Defined Onboarding

Scope definition, access planning, baseline review, and reporting setup.

Recurring Cadence

Daily/weekly/monthly operations reviews, exception monitoring, and KPI reporting.

Documented Resolution

Issue triage: identify → document → escalate → resolve → confirm, with audit-friendly notes.

Access and data handling: We operate only with explicit seller authorization and do not impersonate sellers or bypass Amazon controls. We request only what is needed for the contracted scope and follow secure handling practices.
